Rosa Moran is a lawyer with extensive experience in administrative law, consumer protection, intellectual property, personal data protection, and contracts. Her career includes international representation in forums such as the OECD, UNCTAD, OAS, and APEC, as well as experience in innovation, project development, and institutional spokesperson work, standing out in strengthening key systems like the Peruvian product and service safety system. She also holds a Master's in Digital Law and continuous training in strategic areas of my specialty.
