About me
Daniela Parra is the Chief Officer of the Consumer Safety and Sustainability Unit at the Chilean National Consumer Service (SERNAC). She holds a master's degree in Industrial Engineering and is a Public Administrator. She also holds certificates in Surveillance Techniques for Market Safety and Regulation and Competition. She chairs the Product Safety Council in Chile and serves as the technical coordinator for the pro tempore presidency of the OAS Consumer Safety and Health Network.
