Hersh Malhotra is a Legal Director in eBay’s UK Commercial team and his key responsibilities include Marketing, Advertising, Tax and Business Development matters, alongside handling the impact and implementation of new regulations affecting eBay. Having joined as an intern in 2011, Hersh became eBay’s first Trainee Solicitor and qualified into the EMEA Litigation team where he looked after matters in the UK, Italy, Israel and Denmark for the eBay Inc. group, including PayPal and Gumtree.
